Radhi Jaidi to Coach in the United States of America
Our sources disclosed that the former captain of Tunisia would be coaching the Hartford Athletic second-tier side. We gathered that the former captain had been the coach of the Southampton under 23.
According to Southampton’s statements, this move will kick off a beneficial partnership between Southampton Academy and Hartford Athletic. He also stated that this development might, in the future, lead to player loans between the two parties involved.
Moreover, he pointed out that joining forces together will ensure that young players who have talent in the United States will be easily identified. More so, the two clubs will be sharing experience and knowledge which will contribute immensely in developing the budding players further.
The Position of the Hartford Chairman
The chairman disclosed his appreciation of this move by stating that their plan is to make the club an organization that’ll be recognized all over the world. To do that, they decided to hire the former Tunisia Captain Jaidi.
He also went further to say that they’re obeying the demands and wishes of their fans. According to him, the people who support them want a world-class organization, not just a simple club. So, Jaidi they realized has everything they need to make it happen.

Former Captain Jaidi’s Reaction
It’s not an exaggeration, but the former Tunisian captain simply likes the new development. Let’s recall that the captain made over one hundred appearances for his club. He also participated in the 2002 and 2006 world cups.
According to him, he is very eager to enjoy the Dillon Stadium atmosphere after seeing the fans displaying their support.
However, he also stated that there’s a lot of work to do, but he could already see many potential to explore in both the USL Championship and Hartford.
